Open source software that makes a personal area and all municipal services available to citizens and businesses in digital form. It includes the personal area through which the citizen can send paperwork (e.g. nursery registration, request for ZTL permit, participation in competitions, etc.), check the progress, receive communications from the institution, make payments, receive bonuses and benefits, obtain and maintain certificates and other documents.
